The hotel's surrounded by lush Mexican jungle, complete with a collection of cenotes and heaps of exotic animals, including raccoons and coatis. Sandos Caracol Eco Resort is one of the few all-inclusive resorts in Playa del Carmen, with a gigantic waterpark that is suitable for guests of all ages. The resort itself is nice. We loved how it is very jungly and all the animals roaming around was fun to see. I liked the room. We still enjoyed our time.
