Phone calls and emails never returned, so many issues with room blocks for guest, hidden cost being put in and not explained- so make sure you look over every single bill, we sure did. We would highly recommend for any couple looking for a coastal weeding experience going with Ocean Edge. |

The bride was awoken to the sounds of cars going off, saw her car totaled out with rain, went to the front desk of Ocean's Edge and they had a list their of all the cars that were flooded, but make no effort to contact any of the owners of the cars as they were flooding. Ocean Edge is very accommodating, we wanted 3 entrees with dinner and Ocean Edge let us have three. It was absolutely perfect! Very convenient to have the entire weekend on property for us and our guests. It's too bad, because it's a beautiful venue, but the level of service you get is abysmal. The whole process of planning a wedding can be overwhelming and our coordinator Ivy was the best. |
